A four week long 39th Foundation Training Course for the Officers of Dutch-Bangla Bank has been started at the Training Wing of DBBL. The Managing Director of the Bank Mr. K.S. Tabrez inaugurated the course on August 31, 2013 at the Bank’s Training Wing, Gulshan, Dhaka.

The course is designed aiming at familiarizing the participants with the concepts, principles, rules, regulations, laws and practices of Banking.

In his inaugural speech, Mr. Tabrez emphasized the need for continuous training for the newly inducted officers to enrich knowledge of practical Banking, development of skills and attitude and to perform their job effectively. He mentioned that through training the Human Resource can be turned into a desired workforce to cope and adjust with any changes in the business strategy and meet the challenges in future.

Among others, Mr. A. H. M. Zahurul Islam, Executive Vice President of Training Wing of DBBL also spoke on the occasion.
