Abul Kashem Md. Shirin Joined Dutch-Bangla Bank as the Managing Director on 1 November, 2016.

Before joining as the Managing Director, Mr. Shirin was the Deputy Managing Director of the same Bank for around 8 years.

Previously, he has worked the same bank as EVP/SEVP and Head of Information Technology Division for another 6 years. Before joining Dutch-Bangla Bank he was a Deputy General Manager and Head of IT of the BASIC Bank.

Mr. Shirin has received his education from Sunamgonj Jubilee High School, Sylhet M.C. College, Bangladesh Agricultural University, Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) and Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Bangkok.
