The Second Managers’ Conference of the year 2016 of Dutch-Bangla Bank was held on 05 November, 2016 aiming to discuss strategies for achieving business target for November & December, 2016 and Draft Budget of the Bank for the year 2017.

The Second Managers’ Conference of the year 2016 of Dutch-Bangla Bank was held on 05 November, 2016

The Conference was presided over by Mr. Abul Kashem Md. Shirin, Managing Director of the bank. Branch Managers from 157 branches of the bank attended the conference. The Deputy Managing Directors, Mr. Md. Sayedul Hasan, Mr. Khan Tariqul Islam, all Divisional Heads and senior executives of Head Office of the bank also attended the conference.

In his address, the Managing Director critically analyzed the strategies for achieving business target for November & December, 2016 and discussed the Draft Budget of the Bank for the year 2017. He also expected that the Managers who have not been able to achieve the respective targets for the first 10^th months 2016, will make all out efforts to achieve the targets set for the last 02 months of the year 2016.

He also urged the branch managers and divisional heads to put in their best performance for achieving the overall targets of the bank set for the year 2017. He emphasized on increasing the business of the Bank specially loans & advances and mobilization of retail and low-cost deposits; by taking advantages of the largest On-line banking, Fast Tracks, ATM, as well as Mobile and Agent Banking networks during next 14 months. He also directed the participants for improving the standard of customer services.

All branch Managers while expressing their prospects and challenges firmly committed to achieve the budgetary targets for the year 2016 & 2017.
