Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL) signed an agreement with Lafarge Surma Cement Bangladesh Limited in a simple ceremony held at the Lafarge Head Office, Gulshan, Dhaka on May 18, 2009. Mr. Masud Khan, Finance Director of Lafarge Surma Cement and Mr. Mir Mominul Huq, Head of Retail & SME Division of DBBL signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations. Mr. Shaheed Siddique, Human Resources Director, Mohiuddin Babar, Head of Communications & CSR of Lafarge Surma Cement and Mr. AHM Nazmul Quadir, Additional Managing Director,  Mr. Abul Kashem Md. Shirin, Deputy Managing Director (Administration) of Dutch-Bangla Bank were also present in the signing ceremony.
