Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking Services for Grameenphone Customers

Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) formally signed an agreement with Grameenphone Ltd. to provide Mobile Banking Services to its customers recently in the city. The agreement was signed by Mr. Tore Johnsen, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Grameenphone Ltd. and Mr. K. S. Tabrez, Managing Director of Dutch-Bangla Bank on behalf of their respective organizations.

This agreement will allow better access to DBBL’s award winning mobile banking services. As the country’s first and largest mobile banking service provider, Dutch-Bangla Bank will offer various services to Grameenphone customers which include the largest number of outlets and agent network, the most affordable rates, fully compliant and monitored network (100% KYC compliant), small and large scale salary disbursements, remittance, fund transfer to other phones, balance check and statement check.

Shirin, Deputy Managing Director, Mr. Mir Mominul Huq, Head of Mobile Banking Division of DBBL and other Senior Executives of both the organizations were also present on the agreement signing ceremony.
