A 4-week long 36th Foundation Training Course organized for the Officers of Dutch-Bangla Bank ended. In this connection, a certificate awarding ceremony was held at DBBL Training Center on December 12, 2012. The Managing Director of the Bank Mr. K.S. Tabrez distributed certificates among the participants. The Deputy Managing Director Mr. Abul Kashem Md. Shirin and Head of Training Wing also present on the occasion.

Mr. Tabrez, in his speech said that he is confident that knowledge and lessons gathered from this training program will enable the participants to discharge their professional duties properly. He also underscored the need of the training to develop professionalism, adding that training has no substitute to enhance skills and knowledge. Dutch-Bangla Bank always gives special emphasis on development of its human resources through continuous training program, Mr. Tabrez pointed out.
