Bangladesh House Building Finance Corporation (BHBFC) and Dutch-Bangla Bank signed an agreement on February 24, 2019 for digitization of loan disbursement and re-payment process of Bangladesh House Building Finance Corporation. Mr. Debasish Chakrabarty, Managing Director of BHBFC and Mr. Abul Kashem Md. Shirin, Managing Director & CEO of DBBL were present at the program.

Under this agreement, BHBFC authority will disburse Government Employees’ House Building Loan to their salary account with DBBL directly and the borrower of BHBFC will repay their loan installments through Standing Instructions on their respective salary account or through DBBL’s various delivery channels like ATM, Fast Track, Mobile Banking ‘Rocket’, Agent Banking.

Mr. Chanu G. Ghosh, General Manager, Accounts & ICT Division of BHBFC and Mr. Md. Mosharraf Hossain, Head of Branch Operation and Liability Division of DBBL signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

Among others, Mr. Md. Zahidul Haque, General Manager of BHBFC, Mr. Shahidur Rahman Khan, Deputy Managing Director of DBBL and other senior executives from both the organizations were also present on the occasion.
